Every order ships free to addresses in the United States, with all import duties already paid. There’s nothing extra to pay when your set arrives.
How long delivery takes
Most orders arrive 7–15 business days after you order:
- 1–3 business days to prepare, check and pack your set
- 5–12 business days in transit to your door
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Around major holidays, carriers can add a few days.
Tracking your order
You’ll get an email with your tracking number within 1–3 business days of ordering. Your parcel travels with an international carrier first, then is handed to USPS for delivery. The tracking number can change at that point, and we’ll email you the USPS number when it’s available.
Where we ship
We ship to street addresses in all 50 US states. We can’t ship to APO/FPO addresses yet, and some routes can’t deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a street address where possible.

Something wrong with your delivery?
If your tracking hasn’t moved for 7 days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll sort it out. If anything arrives damaged or missing, see our returns & guarantee.
